Creamsicle Smoothie

• 1 scoop fit n fiber
• 1 scoop CalciAim
• 1 AIMega capsule poke and squeeze into mixture
• 1 cup yogurt unflavored
• 1 cup orange juice concentrate
• ½ cup crushed ice
• ½ to 1 cup of vanilla rice milk
• Touch of honey

Blend and serve.
